Who we are

Raw Nest was born out of a passion for good food, health and care for the environment. We serve plant-based cuisine - breakfasts, lunches and desserts, but the first fiddle here is played by organic juices. Cold-pressed, unpasteurized drinks are served exclusively in glass.

However, the most important thing in them are the raw materials - obtained from an ecological wholesaler, but also purchased directly from farmers near Krakow. In season, you can find juices with leaf beet, sage, mint or watercress. In our kitchen, you will not find semi-finished products, we bake fresh granola for breakfast bowls ourselves, prepare sauces, sandwich spreads and additions to plant dishes. We use fresh, seasonal products that not only taste delicious, but in accordance with our idea of ​​eat good · feel good will make you eat healthily and therefore feel good.
