Who we are

Raw Nest was born out of a passion for good food, health and care for the environment. We serve plant-based cuisine - breakfasts, lunches and desserts, but our priority is ecological juices. Unpasteurized drinks squeezed using the cold press method are served only in glass.

However, the most important thing is the raw materials - obtained from an ecological wholesaler, but also purchased directly from farmers near Krakow. In season, you can find juices with leaf beet, sage, mint and watercress. You won't find any semi-finished products in our kitchen, we bake fresh granola for breakfast bowls ourselves, we prepare sauces, sandwich spreads and additions to plant-based dishes. We use fresh, seasonal products that not only taste delicious, but in line with our idea of ​​eat good · feel good, they will make you eat healthily and therefore feel good.

When in Krakow, you must visit our place located in Krakow's Zabłocie district. This is where all ideas for unique and healthy dishes are born. We create fresh juices here every day, which are then delivered directly to you.
